The place is ran by a loving family, who goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasent stay. They helped us book tours, gave us names of great local eats, and even allowed us to check out at 4pm so that we would have enough time to visit one more waterfall, come back to the hotel and shower before leaving. "Very cute and sweet stay out of the main area, loved the set up! Weda and Eka were amazing - beautifully cooked fresh food, packed a takeaway breakfast for an early morning dolphin swim, shuttle into town for free, the best home made kombucha I've ever tried and discounts on local eateries. Sadly, no hot water the whole time we were there. I raised it but it wasn't fixed and despite paying an extra person charge when booking, we were then charged again but still no water issues fixed. Funny how...
