"Spacious room and nice environments. However no bkf n dinner were provided. Restaurant only open from Thursday to Sunday."

"Was allocated the "Loft" for the 2 day stay, walked in then walked out - dirty, unclean linen, very old bed/s, sagging and falling apart, lack of maintenance - dripping taps, non working light fittings, the room was dark, damp and smelled of mould and dirt. Nothing like the description, - the main building looks exactly like the photo's and suggests an amazing place to stay. For the money being charged, the property would need to pay me to stay there. Only upside was, one very accommodating staff member, who was very understanding and helpful. We were advised that they are planning renovations - needs to happen sooner rather than later."

"The parking was atrocious. The room was a 10'x8 box with no windows. Not enough room in bathroom to dry off. Barely enough room around bed. The only person to help was the cleaner. The owners could barely speak English. The cost of $169 per night was ridiculous. They should have paid us to even turn up to what was advertised as a boutique hotel. Totally wrong. Would NOT recommend this to anyone."

"My family & I, which included my beautiful 78 year old beautiful mum, & my soul mate My partner of over 30 years, Booked & paid for our stay at mick osheads For 2 nights, at a cost of ($422.01). Our room, was both clean throughout, and Ready for us to use. However, there were lots of tiny little black flying Insects, that we thought were mosquitoes, Flying around, covering, most of the kitchen Ceiling as well as half way up the kitchen walls. The same problem, occurred in the second Bedroom, where mum was sleeping in. As well as on the ceiling above our bed. And unfortunately the flying insects were Also, above on the ceiling in the bathroom And half way up each of the bathroom walls. And if that wasn’t bad enough, there also Was no running hot water. I immediately rang through to speak with A staff member, about the situation, regarding The flying insects. And no running hot water. He rectified the problem, By asking us to move over to the room across From the one we were in. So we did, but once again, the same problem Was happening in that room to, with both the Flying insects & no running hot water. The staff employee who had us move to the Room across from our previous room, Suggested we move to room 11 which was Situated in the next set of rooms over from Where we were originally. Before moving over to room 11 I went over to Check out if that room had the same problems as the last 2 rooms, and unfortunately yes it did. "
