"The property was nice and the room was quiet. It was not convenient to have signs of alcohol beverage restrictions (wine glasses only provided with wine and age restrictions on the purchase of alcohol)and then be told there are none available. The evening staff needs help because they are the host, server and cook all alone. Many people expressed concerns with the length of time it took to get simple food warmed up in a countertop oven. The espresso machine was also down and then when repaired you could not get certain drinks due to continued issues with the steamer. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very nice patio to enjoy the outside. Buy your food there and do not pay extra though an app or online booking."

"The room was perfect including the private patio! However it was odd when there was a wedding reception happening out there mid day. The staff were all absolutely phenomenal (Cammie, Lisa, and Benjamin) as well as the concierge!! All great top tier service "

"While the home was beautiful and spacious, it was extremely dirty! It looked as if no one had been in the home in several months. There was a layer of dirt and dust on every single surface. My feet were black from walking around. And worst of all there were bugs EVERYWHERE. Our entire group was made up of girls who are terrified of bugs. And the house had crickets in every single room! Spiders as well. Even saw a roach. The longest we went without seeing a bug on this trip was 10 minutes. They were constant. The bugs/dirtiness of the house wasn’t the only sign no one has been inside. There were Christmas and valentines decorations that hadn’t been taken down. We paid for heated pool and it was not heated. One of the pool umbrellas had broken and was propped up with kitchen knives!!! We couldn’t believe it. One of the knives fell out and could have hurt us. The patio furniture was upside down/messed up when we arrived. And the pool toys/floaties were scattered around as well. The host had great communication before arriving. And the house was big/beautiful! But seeing all the dirtiness and killing bugs constantly after paying so much was really disappointing. Also the downstairs thermostat won’t let you go below 75. We were pouring sweat in the Arizona heat"
