Spring Break Getaway

This house was beautiful and our family felt right at home right away. Kids were in the pool within 2 minutes of arrival and had a blast throughout the stay. Double shower was a real game changer. Great kitchen/living room setup. Garage parking was a plus. Immediate access to nice paved walking trail. Would love to stay here again.

Great quiet neighborhood. Floors were a little dirty. Need better mattresses and more towels. Pool was great and lots of open space in the kitchen with lots of stools to accomadate our big group. Kitchen was stocked well. Overall great stay.

Great stay for bachelor trip

House was well maintained. Kitchen was extremely nice with a lot of space. There were 10 guys on this trip and the space was comfortably enough. Master bedroom and bathroom very spacious. Backyard and pool area very nice to hangout for pool days. Host was responsive to messages in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing negative to say.

Nice Clean Comfortable House

The house was great, newly refurbished with nice furniture, linens etc and in a good convenient location and pretty neighborhood. On the downside a $3000 deposit is required that was held for 10 days by owner, now another 2 weeks by VRBO. Excessive and not needed with this level of home in this area.

Wonderful house!

We loved the house! The kitchen is huge; the photos don't do it justice. There were 9 adults, and we had plenty of room, dishes, glassware. I bought some large foil pans to bake food for a crowd. Pool temp (we had it heated) was fantastic although we did not use it as much as we thought we would. Beds were comfortable, and we liked all the supplies that were included such as Kleenex and face wipes. The paved trail is right out the door - a real plus. Good communication with the rental manager and the owner. Highly recommend.

Scottsdale 5 bedroom home

We travel through VRBO or the likes at least 10 times per year. This home was located in a great neighborhood, loved the size of home and roominess. Kitchen was not stocked as I would expect. We usually travel with 6+ in our group. Staying in a home allows us to more cost effectively travel by cooking our own meals. This kitchen. Was very sparse. Had plenty of cups and plates but sparse on everything else. The only bathroom connected to a bedroom was the master suite.

Very nice living room, kitchen and dining room area. All 3 bathrooms were good. Giid location.Yes we would stay again! This time of the year no need to pay for heated pool, was warm enough.Back yard needed a lots of attention. 2 dead trees on north side of property needs to be removed. One of the ladies was afraid it would fall on the house. Couch leg in the office/5th bedroom fell off while one of us sleep on it. There is a step down into that office/bedroom, which one of us ladies, fell and hurt ankle badly. Need to mark it somehow!!The rug in that bedroom had a mark in the center of rug, that was there when we arrived.2 of the bathrooms toilet paper holder loose and starting to fall off the wall, should be easy to tighten those back up. Bathroom sink closest to front door, slow to drain, that should be an ease fix.Blinds in the master bedroom were croocked and out of shape. Toaster oven does not work wellExcept for dead trees, easy fixes!

We enjoyed the home, its large kitchen and the pool area. Only things that kept it from a higher rating were warn and stained carpet in the master, damaged wall in the hallway and only 2 lounge chairs by the pool.

Very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen (except wine glasses). The pool area was the only area not up to our expectations. The pool only had two old mismatched lounge chairs and a table with uncomfortable chairs to sit in around the pool. The cornhole boards were completed warped and looked like they had been outside for 20 years. We spent at least one whole afternoon at the house and woud have loved a better outdoor situation.
