"Akshae was wonderful at check-in. V friendly and helpful. The second chap sorry i don't know his name was excellent when the room wouldn't open.
No hair dryer or plug sockets nr the bed. Sheets just lie on the bed. Not fitted.

"Super friendly on check in and it was just no bother thereafter. Nothing bad to say. Pleasant hotel - looks like a prison from the outside but they have done absolute wonders with the inside. Lifts were glitchy while we were there which was annoying but I’m sure that’s a temporary thing. Amazing position for the Boat Show and shopping. "

"Large very clean room with nice en-suite shower and wc. Room also had a small table and chairs and sink with kettle, tea, coffee and cutlery and plates. Bed was very comfy. Only two small things. Loose towel rail and toilet seat not fully secured.
