"The room and lobby were clean, amenities were good, coffee in the lobby in the mornings, pools were small but clean. Only complaints are the front desk was right outside of my room, so could hear everything, music playing in lobby, piano, and front desk talking. If they’d do away with the music playing during the day it would be great"

"Best VRBO experience. We’ve booked thru VRBO for over 10 years. We put a lot of stock in reviews and value when booking. This booking checked all the boxes. We’d never visited this area of Florida/Atlantic coast before and it didn’t disappoint. The location is ideal. Quiet, safe condo community. Easy access to beach or river, both walking distance. If you are wanting more activity and entertainment you can drive a couple miles into St. Augustine Beach. The owners of the condo have all your needs covered. Everything is provided. You have a designated parking spot right at your door. We had one hiccup with our vehicle and contacted the owners to see if they could give us a recommendation for a mechanic in area. They replied immediately with a recommendation and the next morning we were at the mechanics by 8 and out by 8:30. Three adults and a small dog and we we all had the best vacation. I could go on and on, but truly I don’t need to, all these positive reviews speak for themselves. All around positive experience with this rental. 5 Stars, top shelf. (Of note, staying last week of April into the first week of May was ideal weather for this area. Cool mornings and evenings and warm days. Beach’s weren’t overly crowded and no wait lines at restaurants. Perfect time of year to visit this area.) "

"I was worried about the view from the first floor, but you could easily see the ocean and sunrise. It was nice having a ground floor for our dog.. The bed was very comfortable and large. It was a nice surprise. The shower was wonderful with great pressure. We had one problem with the coffee maker the first day, but I let Todd know and he replaced it the next day. The pool was amazing beautiful and clean each day. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful beach getaway."

"This is our second day at this house. We call it auntie Kats beach house. We have four generations that spend a week together. This house is over the top and especially wonderful for the young families. Very well appointed rooms and kitchen. We can’t wait to come back again."

"The unit was very easy to get to however would not recommend bringing a toddler who likes to open all the doors (door chain was very convenient for us). And the AC units worked a treat!"
