Ocean front 2nd Floor w/ocean views from Living Room and Master Bedroom.

Enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets. If you're looking for amazing ocean views and easy beach access, this is it! Ocean views are so close you feel like you're sitting on the beach. Take in the sounds of the ocean as you gaze at the rolling waves and beautiful ocean right from the condo. Townhouse layout allows quiet mornings downstairs for early risers while upstairs provides quiet mornings to sleep in for a bit or gives separate space for the night owls of your group.

After an amazing day, this property has a unique view of sunsets too! The best of both worlds sunrise and sunset. Ocean sunrises without leaving the condo and sunsets right outside front door on upper deck. The deck includes tables and chairs for a relaxing evening drink and sunset view.

Kitchen: Downstairs - granite countertop kitchen, bar seating, dining nook. Kcup coffee pot.

Living room: Downstairs - wrap-around couch, flat-screen TV, and dining nook right off from open kitchen floor plan.

Master bedroom: Upstairs- king-size bed, flat screen TV, large closet, enjoy sunrise ocean views without moving from the cozy bed.

2nd bedroom: Upstairs: 2 full beds w/flat screen TV.

Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms (1 full bath downstairs w/shower, 2nd full bathroom upstairs with tub/shower combo).

Condo Access: 2nd-floor condo with ocean views from living room downstairs and master bedroom upstairs, 2nd bedroom views of intercoastal. This is a 2nd-floor unit stair access (no elevator). All rooms have a flat-screen TV.

Beach access: Beach access is so easy, a few steps away from the oceanfront pool. No long boardwalk. The pool is ocean front so hop from pool to beach easily.

Amenities: Pool + kiddie pool, tennis courts, gas grill, horseshoe pit, sunset viewing deck.

The unit is very nice, and the owner was great to work with. Everything was as advertised, and there was a conscious effort on the part of the owner to make the stay very comfortable. If I were to visit St Augustine again, I would definitely plan to stay here.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay in St. Augustine. The beaches were not crowded, it was a short drive into town and to local attractions. It was a very peaceful vacation. The condo was clean and so close to the beach. We plan to return soon! Highly recommend!

This place is just as described, great location and wonderful views. Ladonna thought of everything one would need to feel right at home. The bed was very comfortable. I haven’t had such a relaxing vacation in a long time.

Great location and views, clean condo

This condo was exactly as listed! The owner was so easy to communicate with and very helpful. Everything you need for a beach vacation is there, no need to bring anything extra. Depending on when you stay there may be a parking issue with not enough spaces but that is the building’s issue. I would definitely stay here again!

This condo had a beautiful ocean view and excellent access to a fantastic walkable beach. Close to many popular attractions but quiet and relaxing. The condo itself was very comfortable and clean.

Awesome place to stay!

The place beautiful. Great view of the ocean from the deck and master bedroom. The grounds were nice and the pool was great (and plenty big). The host (LaDonna) was great. She responded to any questions within minutes and made sure we had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

Great location and property. Proximity to ocean and ocean views were great. Pool by the ocean was very nice. Property had all the little things you could need and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Local area has lots of great businesses and conveniences also.

Great holiday vacation!

We greatly enjoyed our vacation, the location of the condo and access to beach! The weather did not fully cooperate, but felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Very comfortable and extremely welcoming condo. Can’t beat the location if you want a very peaceful and relaxing vacation.

At the Beach

Wonderful beach-front condo only steps away from the beach and pool which can both be seen from the living area and main bedroom. Comfortable, spacious, and quiet. Kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. The host checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and quickly provided the recommendations we asked for. Highly recommend and hope to return.

Wonderful vacation spot.

Great beach. Wonderful for walking. Pool area was great as well. Enjoyed exploring the historic area and the St Augustine Christmas lights were fabulous. The condo was clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive, very quick and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to others. Hope to be back.

Amazing and Relaxing

This condo was perfect for our visit. La Donna was there for us when we needed her and always pleasant. The condo had everything that we needed and was so quiet that we never heard a sound from neighbors. I loved having the bedrooms upstairs, giving view of the lovely beach upon waking. The location was just right for exploring hiking trails and visiting St. Augustine. We hope to return here next year!

Very clean and well kept. Kitchen was especially nice. It was so quiet at night. No noise or anything to get good rest. Pool was very nice and the overall property was very clean. Located perfectly. Far away enough to avoid traffic, congestion, but close enough for dining and groceries.

Everything was comfortable and clean. The view and proximity to the ocean were wonderful!! The residents are friendly. The laundry facilities were handy and we always felt safe. My family and I were impressed. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
