"We stayed at the Preston Hotel for a short time but it made an impression on us and we would happily stay there again in the future. We arrived late and parking was easy, check in was quick, and my favorite detail of all— they had set up the sofa bed for us (most hotels don’t, in my experience) which was so nice for our tired kid to hop into as soon as we walked into the room. "Great staff and cleanliness of room"

"The hotel was very clean, but room was far too small and very noisy. But if you are looking for a decent place at a reasonable cost for the Hamptons area it was good enough for one night and reasonably priced. With a little TLC it could be great. It was close to ocean beaches and restaurants, very comfortable bed, wet bar was a nice feature. But unsure if I would do it again."

"The staff were not particularly helpful at checkin. They provided a minimal amount of information but I had to ask very specific questions in order to learn anything useful. The room had seen better days. Trim was missing from one of the picture frames and the tub drain had to be propped open to drain properly. Housekeeping did a nice job. Service in the on-site restaurant was terrible. We will not be staying at this hotel again."
