Couldn't have been easier! The woman at the front desk was warm and welcoming, the room was super clean and cute with the heat turned on full blast in anticipation of my arrival. Adorable backyard with seating, too. Super hot water in the shower. Perfect for an impromptu winter getaway.

The room was clean. The check-in & check-out were super easy. Their website still said continental breakfast included but it was only some fruit & packaged products. It wasn't a big deal to us but just don't count on it. We love the location to all the wineries so we've stayed her before. New owners now it seems.

The owner's are incredibly nice people. This place is great to stay in on the North Shore. It is not expensive and it's central to so many vineyards and breweries and shopping.

Everything was good, I stayed an extra night because it was quiet & comfortable. Unfortunately my last night was ruined by some loud noises from next door very late. Would still stay again & the staff was nice & accommodating

This inn lived up to the reviews. Very clean! We were looking for a room for a couple nights and at an affordable price. Highly recommend if you're looking for a simple, clean room.

Family- run traditional roadside motel with basic comforts and friendly helpful staff. Great base for exploring the North Fork. Appreciate the modest continental breakfast with bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and fresh coffee. Nice to be able to sit and eat outside the room at a table or in firepit area. Rooms have refrigerator, microwave, and hot water heater which are welcome amenities. Love the convenience of being able to park right outside the room. A few restaurants are within a ten minute walk in the village of Jamesport and plenty more within ten minutes drive. Will happily return

It was a good value and also included coffee and some breakfast items. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the property was well kept. I slept very well which was the most important thing I needed for my stay.

Good location, Clean, Family run Inn

Great stay, perfect location for wine tasting and boating. The family running this Inn is wonderful. This was our second stay and will continue to book as we travel from Florida north for summers.
