Motel is located in a very busy part of the city which has benefits as well as some negative. Our room was centrally located and was quite, clean and comfortable for the price. Invested little unsuccessful time in getting the television to work. Also the security deposit in addition to room tariff came as a surprise. All in all through for the price motel offered reasonable return on invested $.
