"it was as expected for the price and days we were there. It was a decent, mid range option in a very convenient area for our needs. nothing fancy, but it delivered the basics promised. It was nowhere near all the negative reviews. We didn't expect much, and were pleased with what we ended up with. Good service, helpful staff, and a very humid environment. (It's southern FL near the saltwater, so yeah lol) Would stay again, and Diego was awesome."

"Staff was excellent. Check-in was very professional and friendly. However, the lamp shade in my room was cracked and there was hair on the bathroom sink. The room has a smell of mildew and the floor gets damp for no reason. I mean the entire floor! This was thoughout the whole room. It would be damp and sticky and then it dries. Not sure if it was from the AC but it was strange. Room reminds me of a prison cell. The lobby smells really good though."

"Checking in was ok but needs work. It seems like nobody acknowledges you as a patron of their business these days. You get a weird stare followed by incomplete details of the amenities that the property offers. I had to pry for information. If check-in etiquette and attitudes improved, it will be a five star rating"

"The hole place was a great visit except they got my reservation wrong and moved all my stuff during my stay when coming back was very uncomfortable. But I would stay there again because of how nice and the location of lots of shops and food around."
