"Nice hotel with outdoor pool and free airport shuttle, and free breakfast! They advertised the cruise port shuttle for a fee, but when I went to book it on the iPad in the lobby, as instructed, the option didn’t come up, and the person at the desk was clueless. So we just ordered an Uber! The airport shuttle, however, was a breeze. The breakfast was average. For close to 300 a night, I expected more breakfast options, and better service. Altogether, it’s a decent hotel close to the airport and the cruise port. This was my first time staying at a Hyatt, and I can say the Marriott got them beat by a long shot!"
