"Lucia and her staff know how to take care of guests. Maybe firm and strict but business is business. Well kept old Floridian property. No molded smells. Very clean with wall a/c units. Not window units. Around you have all you need. Walmart/ Publix/shopping and everything Aventura and Hollywood circle offers. Next door is a grocery store with I believe European buffet. Things I never tried fresh and delicious. After 7pm 25% off and surprised when I came at that time it was fresh replenished high European quality buffet food. I give this an extra. Safe area with nice cars and no not noisy! Location location 🤔🌴🎶👍"

"Check in was 4pm but they didn’t have my room ready till 5:16pm then a gentleman staff member at the front desk told me I had to wait in the long line again even though I already did the pre check in I told him I just need my keys he rolled his eyes at me and said hold on he was annoyed with me but they are the ones giving me the room late he could have at least apologized for that but that didn’t happen and then he came back and gave me one key I asked if I could have two at least like every other hotel resort does and he said no they ran out. If he worked for me I would have fired him on the spot that’s unacceptable behavior towards guest. Anyone would have not liked that experience. Other than that the resort is beautiful and very clean the room was very spacious and the rest of the staff was amazing. Ps: to management you really should only have professional employees working that front desk. "

"Very displeased with the staff there they were very mean and rude. My wife had to call the police on them as they were cussing her out and threatening her. We saw cockroaches and bedbugs there, and the lady who was working there lived in the shed outback the pool was not done. It was very disgusting there. We even had to move to another place because we were so disappointed. My wife was worried about getting staff infection from the pool. Would definitely tell people to stay away from that place. It says it is a one bedroom apartment but there are 10 separate baby rooms in there. Very displeased it was a horrible depressing time but luckily we found a different place that made our time a lot better for the last couple of days."
