Reception needs to tell customers that the fee shuttle to the terminals is approx 750mts to 850mts away not just two minutes walk. I am disabled and had trouble making it to the bus stop in one go. I am also suffering from Low Vision
and nearly fell a couple of times due to other people pushing in front of me. If correct info was given I would have caught a taxi.

We stayed in the apartment room, which had a washer and dryer. The bed was very comfortable, and the whole room was beautifully presented. Very close to train and bus connections.

We just had a over night stay at the Pullman at Mascot, we flew in from Perth via Melbourne to Sydney, and boy where we glad when we arrived, after a big delay in Melbourne.
Corner room on the 11th floor over looking Kingsford Smith, and being a plane nut, wow oh wow.

Holiday Inns are always reliable and this one was no different. Clean and spacious rooms, free breakfast, airports shuttle ( cost) and close to public transport, cafes etc. The staff were friendly helpful.

It was a super hot day when we walked from the airport and the lady at reception was wonderful. We asked to leave our bags as we were too early to check in but she checked us in straight away, organised the shuttle for the next morning and gave us directions to walk to transport
The room was enormous and very nice. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean. We went straight to the pool which was lovely on a hot day! Very happy with our overnight stay

Great location and gorgeous, comfortable rooms; truly loved the modern eclectic feel.
Just a short stroll to everything Oxford Street has to offer - or if that’s still too far for a coffee, start your day off with something from the café at the entrance to the building.

We recently stayed for three nights in a refurbished Horizon Room at the Shangri-La Sydney and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly well equipped, nothing was overlooked. The nightly delivery of handmade fudge was such a thoughtful and luxurious touch that made us feel genuinely pampered.
Having Horizon Club access really elevated our experience. The lounge was a beautiful, serene space to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, and a canapé...

Warm welcome at the hotel and excellent Customer Service at Reception. Great location close to Airport and Mascot Railway Station. Easy access to Sydney.
Note: If you catch the train from Mascot Station to Sydney or from Sydney to Mascot Station the fare is lower - $2.50 concession. Domestic Airport to City and City to Airport the fare is $18 one way, as the airport is a private railway station destination. There only a few shops and restaurants near the airport.
