The room had communal ablutions which was advertised but I didn’t realise until I arrived.
Room smelt damp and the windows could not be opened.
Staff were friendly and offered a complimentary drink on arrival at check in, which was conducted in the bar."

We stayed in the apartment room, which had a washer and dryer. The bed was very comfortable, and the whole room was beautifully presented. Very close to train and bus connections.

Reception needs to tell customers that the fee shuttle to the terminals is approx 750mts to 850mts away not just two minutes walk. I am disabled and had trouble making it to the bus stop in one go. I am also suffering from Low Vision
and nearly fell a couple of times due to other people pushing in front of me. If correct info was given I would have caught a taxi.

The Four Seasons Hotel on George St, Sydney is excellent for location, comfort, luxury and service. We used the hotel spa and facilities before check in, and our room was ready early which was a bonus. The room was beautifully renovated- nice decor, very comfy bed and luxurious soft white linen, and west facing view toward the harbour bridge. The hotel service was very efficient and we received a small treat and message for the birthday being celebrated. Highly recommend FS for a luxury city...

We recently stayed for three nights in a refurbished Horizon Room at the Shangri-La Sydney and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly well equipped, nothing was overlooked. The nightly delivery of handmade fudge was such a thoughtful and luxurious touch that made us feel genuinely pampered.
Having Horizon Club access really elevated our experience. The lounge was a beautiful, serene space to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, and a canapé...

It was a super hot day when we walked from the airport and the lady at reception was wonderful. We asked to leave our bags as we were too early to check in but she checked us in straight away, organised the shuttle for the next morning and gave us directions to walk to transport
The room was enormous and very nice. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean. We went straight to the pool which was lovely on a hot day! Very happy with our overnight stay

We just had a over night stay at the Pullman at Mascot, we flew in from Perth via Melbourne to Sydney, and boy where we glad when we arrived, after a big delay in Melbourne.
Corner room on the 11th floor over looking Kingsford Smith, and being a plane nut, wow oh wow.
