They took their time to help me with a small explanation when i inquired about my final billing and cleared up any confusions i had in a timely manner without delay via email . "The stay at the hotel was very good,all the staff was willing to help us.The first night our room had no heat and it was cold,so we complained the next morning and they checked and because we had right,they apologized and immediately changed our room.The breakfast was nice and they had incredible coffee!The room was clean and tidy and also we had all the day hot water."
