"I thought the hotel was very clean and was beautiful inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved we could just walk out to the beach. The view was breathtaking."

"We absolutely loved this house! It had everything we needed, even down to small things that you don't thing of until you are there. It truly felt like the owners thought of everything. It was super clean, stocked well with towels/linens/extra pillows. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had what we needed to make a variety of items. The pool/patio area was perfect. We had 6 adults and we spent a ton of time out there. Both tables outside fit 6 people, the chaise lounge chair was so comfy and got used a ton, and then there are extra chairs on the dock as well that we used a lot. It's walking distance to a lot of great restaurants, Starbucks, a grocery store, and shopping. We have friends that live on Marco so we will likely visit again and would absolutely stay at this house again. The host was great at answering questions, and responded very quickly. Highly recommend this property!!"

"Still trying to get a refund. We arrived around 11:00pm from the airport. It was our wedding weekend and was a rough start to say the least. When we arrived I noticed blood on the trim going into the bathroom. I was like no worries and cleaned it up….. then I noticed cockroaches scurrying around the in the kitchen and we immediately booked a last minute reservation some place else. I’ve tried to contact them for a refund and they are not helping. I never write bad reviews but this felt necessary. "

It provided the ideal setting for such a special weekend.We were also incredibly grateful to be allowed to host a small gathering, which made our celebration even more meaningful. Everything went smoothly, and the space worked wonderfully for bringing together our closest friends and family.From start to finish, the stay exceeded our expectations. "Beautiful well maintained property. Very clean, fully stocked with everything you would need. From kitchen pots and pans to beach gear - it's all there and like new. The house is very comfortable, modern, and well located. It's essentially a brand new house. We walked several times to nearby shopping and dinner. A short drive to the beach.We've stayed at Marco Island a few times now and this house has been our favorite. Would definitely stay again. "
