"I thought the hotel was very clean and was beautiful inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved we could just walk out to the beach. The view was breathtaking."

"We absolutely loved this house! It had everything we needed, even down to small things that you don't thing of until you are there. It truly felt like the owners thought of everything. It was super clean, stocked well with towels/linens/extra pillows. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had what we needed to make a variety of items. The pool/patio area was perfect. We had 6 adults and we spent a ton of time out there. Both tables outside fit 6 people, the chaise lounge chair was so comfy and got used a ton, and then there are extra chairs on the dock as well that we used a lot. It's walking distance to a lot of great restaurants, Starbucks, a grocery store, and shopping. We have friends that live on Marco so we will likely visit again and would absolutely stay at this house again. The host was great at answering questions, and responded very quickly. Highly recommend this property!!"

"Still trying to get a refund. We arrived around 11:00pm from the airport. It was our wedding weekend and was a rough start to say the least. When we arrived I noticed blood on the trim going into the bathroom. I was like no worries and cleaned it up….. then I noticed cockroaches scurrying around the in the kitchen and we immediately booked a last minute reservation some place else. I’ve tried to contact them for a refund and they are not helping. I never write bad reviews but this felt necessary. "

"The house is very nice and the island is beautiful as always. Unfortunately on the 3rd day of our trip we began to notice the pool looking green with algae forming at the steps and my daughter developed swimmers itch. We contacted the management company who had the pool company out the following day (we notified them on a Sunday). The pool company acknowledged the pool was dirty and said it would be swimmable in 3 hours but that turned out to be optimistic. I contacted the management company again and they had the pool company back out the following day for a more thorough cleaning which eventually led to 3 days without a key amenity available to us.While the management company was appropriately reactive it was clear that the pool was not maintained in advance. Reactive but not proactive. We never asked for a refund but they did offer us 100 and a day pass at the YMCA which was better than nothing but woefully inadequate and slightly insulting since we were not on vacation to go to the Y…they then increased the offer to 300 which was accompanied by an agreement that was equally insulting since it required me to indemnify them and hold harmless against any 3rd party for issues related to the pool which is a massive obligation to the customer in this situation and for a low dollar amount, it also had gag language requiring no review or a 5 star review which felt inappropriate. With these facts we ultimately refused the refund.Overall nice house, but disappointing outcome."

"Everything was great! I was nervous after some reviews. Pool was clean and heated. We used it every day. It was super clean house and towels were brand new. Close to every thing ! Definitely go Thursday night up CJs! Every age will have fun!! We found the putt putt on last day so check that out earlier in week. This house is centrally located and could enjoy every aspect of Marco Island without driving more than 10 min"
