They do nickel and dime you a lot on the resort fee ($50!), parking ($40), and extra beach chairs ($7/chair), so beware of that even when you book through Expedia. But overall the place was really cool, and the 2 queens with the pullout bed option was great for families. Really solid."

"This rental was perfect for a long overdue girls trip. The house was clean, spacious for six women and the back porch was our center if the trip. It's walkable to stores, in a quiet area and charming. Alex and crew were incredibly responsive with questions during the stay and I'm already thinking about next trips to go back. The pool was great and warmed to a good temperature and the dock was in perfect condition and worked great for our boat. Love the open spaces from the kitchen to the patio and the pool. The house is very comfortable, modern, and well located. It's essentially a brand new house. We walked several times to nearby shopping and dinner. A short drive to the beach.We've stayed at Marco Island a few times now and this house has been our favorite. Would definitely stay again. "
