"The property advertised free WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired. As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund. And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill. And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos ! And, the water pressure there is lousy, make it...

"This place is great- friendly owners and very helpful staff- even the maid went above and beyond when I was stricken with sickness- highly rated- non touristy medellin neighborhood but totally safe and surrounded with good food and next to a hospital (which is always a comfort) - free breakfast at a great place too- Near the metro and a bunch of markets- ok with foreigners and solo travelers for long terms too- 5star! "This building is a gem and so is the gentlemen at the front desk. Attentive to all your needs at all times. He tried his best to help me in English. The place is immaculate. There’s a laundry machine in the basement and a jacuzzi on the roof top with an amazing view. Across the street on one side there’s a nice guy who sells cut up mangoes, bananas and on the other side there’s ice for purchase. The bed smelled amazingly clean and the mattress was comfy just like at home. I would recommend. "
