Had an excellent stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Perlatto in Bello. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and very welcoming. What truly made the experience special was the staff, who were always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything I needed. Their excellent service made me feel right at home. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Need new towers el de batrón olso a brigt light in the batro om. Clothñes hanguers. A chair in the room and even the have a fan in the room with view to the city. They should pus a ac. Also they shoukd put a hand pome on the from for the ededly people.

I travel every 3 weeks and the hotel of my choice is hotel perlatto the staff is always amazing i don't speak much Spanish but they no how to communicate with me though cell phone and make me feel right at home. The only thing that I don't like is that they don't serve breakfast but the hotel over all ia amazing

Everything is always amazing for me at this location, the only problem would be is times the fans in the room don't reach the bed so you can't feel the air from the fans but I still love this hotel it is the only one that I will keep booking

I like the staff , recepcionista were very kind and helpful, I was hoping for a tv to work, it didn’t, I reported it , the problem wasn’t fixed, also would be nice if they add a mi I fridge on the rooms . The rest was ok , average , nothing espectacular , like I said the best was the staff .

Overall place was pleasant in the center of Bello but disappointed with the morning staff (Maria) when asked to correct a situation about room not being cleaned accordingly, she was short and dismissive. Water not draining fast enough in shower, so it overflowed and shower door not closing all the way, Cleaning staff yelling across in the hallways at 7am not considering guests.
