I had a single room which was small but adequate. The staff were friendly, and I really liked the girl who worked in the bar. Her name was Victoria."

"We loved our stay here. On checking in, we were automatically upgraded to a nicer room with a balcony. The room was comfortable and quiet. The shower was big and worked well. The decor was super pleasing and quite charming. We adored the hotel bar and used the courtyard to relax. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. Location was great - walking distance from most of the big sites."

Wish the site mentioned the pool was closed for maintenance (which was the main reason I booked the property) but I still got to enjoy laying in the sun on the rooftop. The courtyard was open and comfortable with nice seating, great spot to have an espresso. Staff was lovely and helpful"
