"I always make it a point to stay at this hotel when visiting Montreal. The staff going above and beyond is always what makes it for me, though the vibe of the hotel at large is also immaculate.
This time, they let me check in a full FIVE HOURS before check-in time; more or less as soon as housekeeping had finished making it ready after the previous guest left. Definitely coming back here next stay. "
"Room location not the greatest. We were moved to a better room and given breakfast vouchers. I would definitely stay again and recommend staying to friends and family. "
"Room was really nice and very comfortable. Housekeeping was perfect. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. It was an amazing stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Will be staying there again. "
