Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. We offer early check-in to ensure convenience for our guests. If you need this, please get in touch beforehand.

FAMILY FACILITIES

A travel cot with bedding is provided for an additional fee (subject to availability) . Guests are welcome to make use of the additional facility however I politely ask that the travel cot is set up and then returned back to its original place of storage before you check out. If you need this, please get in touch beforehand.

We will send you a guide with lots of tips - the best restaurants, events, and points of interest in the area - so you can explore the city like a local.
Due to drought issues in Andalucía, the city of ----Marbella may be affected by water cuts and restrictions on its use.
-We welcome pets with restrictions (one small pet allowed)
-Please note that there is a charge associated with needing assistance to access the property if the key is left inside or misplaced. If such a situation arises, please contact us for further assistance.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire Apartment with a private balcony. You will also get to enjoy the communal pool.
The communal pool is open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
