"The house is perfect for a couple and dogs. It’s location is excellent, there is a park and sea walk, literally a few minutes away, and an amazing walk down to the dog friendly beach. The harbour and restaurants is a 10 minute walk away. The house is lovely, very light and airy with an open plan downstairs, leading to a private garden and patio area. It is also very quiet, just birds singing. I would strongly recommend this property in Devon."

"We stayed 3 days here. We were mostly out of the home but it is on a very quiet street that when we slept we didn’t have any issues of traffic or other people. The stairs can be difficult so it you have stairs be prepared. They are a beautiful set of stairs. You are in waling distance of multiple restaurants. The host was VERY accommodating and assured us when we arrived early. It was very much appreciated!"

"This house is fabulous in every way. It is immaculate throughout and is in a very central location in Babbacombe. The views from the front of the house and the roof top terrace are breathtaking. Every room is decorated and maintained to a very high standard. 10 of us have just returned from a long weekend to celebrate my birthday. The owners have thought of everything that is needed to make for an enjoyable stay, and they were so welcoming even leaving some birthday surprises for me on arrival....

"While the steps inside and out might be a challenge, the cottage was worth it in my opinion. Charming and well-equipped, Trade Winds is right in the heart of the port and close to buses, shops, and restaurants. It was a pleasure to stay here."

"Nice, clean cottage furnished to a high specification which is well of the beaten track. Family friendly with a large communal swimming pool and games room and outside play area. There is a PodPoint 7kw charging post which is charged at a very high price if you want to use it. Consequently, there were at least 4 EV/PHEVs parked on the parking lot but nobody used it."

"If you want a quiet relaxing place this is definitely the place to go. The landlady has thought of everything in the property to make your stay as comfortable as it can be. Will definitely be going back in the future "
