"Room was very clean. Comfy bed. And lovely modern bathroom. Very quiet. Reception very welcoming. Pool felt nice & warm but didnt get chance to try it out. Didnt eat here so no comment on food."

"Terrible customer service. I was told directly by the hotel that changing my dates would be okay, but when Expedia asked them to issue the waiver needed, they refused. So in reality they said what sounded nice on the phone, then failed to back it up with action. Very misleading and extremely frustrating to deal with. Friendly at first glance, but completely unhelpful when it actually mattered. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Large, clean room overlooking the bay. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Breakfast was of a good standard. If I was really going to nit pick I'd say the carpet near the sliding door to access the bedroom was getting threadbare. Other than that it was all good."
