"What a lovely place! Spotless, well appointed room with simple, fresh decor. Bathroom also nicely done, with fabulous fluffy towels. Breakfast was super tasty with a great selection of options. And the hosts are really lovely; helpful and friendly without being overly attentive. Not far from either Torquay and Torre stations so great for those not using a car, though parking was also available. Highly recommend and will be staying again next time I’m down in Torquay."

"We stayed with my other half and the pooch for a week beginning of june .....it was ideal clean and perfect stay for what we needed x The harbour isnt too far away plenty of bars and restaurants eught on the doorstep and the sun is on the property on a night time beautiful stay thank you very much will we be back one day xxxx"

"The office behind reception looked like a junkyard, the toilet in our room was not clean on arrival. The mattresses in rooms were very uncomfortable due to the springs. This place was cheap but for good reasons. Would not stay again . "
