Booked last minute due to ferry cancellation. Up a stepp hill but well signed. Arrived early and were offered to wait in bar by the pool until room prepared, earlier than advertised check in. Incredibly friendly and hospitable staff, amazingly good home made food and great atmosphere with all guests welcomed and friendly suggestions for events and things to do. Also amazing views across the bay and pleasantly quiet a short walk from everything.

Beautiful new build hotel with exceptional space and cleanliness. Staff were very friendly and helpful. An easy walk into the old town or down to harbour and taxis were very affordable in Heraklion if needed.

Great place to stay, facilities great. Bit hard to use outdoor pools as they aren’t heated. Has a good mini mart, lots of food choices, buffet options were ok. Nice place to walk around. They facilitate lots of kids so have lots of things for them. Lovely resort

Good pool facilities. Clean rooms. No basic supplies, ie tea, coffee, sugar. Minimal crockery and cutlery.

Wonderful - def stay there again. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.

We had an amazing 3 night stay here. We were surprised on arrival with an upgrade to a room with a balcony and jacuzzi. The pools are great. All inclusive gets you a buffet, variety of speciality restaurants you can reserve, all you can drink including cocktails by the pool, gelato and crepes. What more could you want? My partner did not want to leave. The room was spacious. My only feedback would be the bathrooms are a little dated and could do with a freshen up. Would stay here again
