Extremely nice, helpfull nasd smiling staff at the hotel. Drom the receptionist to the waterpark staff. I travelled with my 12 yo son and we both enjoyed it very much. Just one thing if you are VIP in Expedia it is good to drop an email before arrival.

De très bonnes vacances

Comme d’habitude toujours de très bonnes vacances au Stella Village malgré les mesures spéciales COVID. Un temps superbe durant 2 semaines. Hâte d’y retourner car en plus tout le staff est très gentil et accueillant.

I visited the hotel on August 2020 during the covid-19 pandemy. I didn’t feel safe as the health regulations didn’t met. •Restaurants were overcrowded and there was no safe distance between guests-staff did not make any recommendations to ensure social distancing. •Staff wore mouth and nose shields that don’t offer as much protection as masks. Staff that wore masks most of the times had their mouth and nose uncovered. •Sunbeds were not disinfected after each use and guests were moving sunbeds to shady areas so no distances were kept. •Animation team did not ensure safe distancing between kids. I attended a show and the kid’s chairs were too close between them. Food and drinks were nice. Hotel was also nice. Value for money in normal periods.

Stella Village August 2020

Fantastic hotel, with so much to do for kids. The water park was fantastic that kept us busy most days. The food was great for an all inclusive with plenty on offer and changed daily. Would highly recommended, our party of 7 had a fantastic holiday

Super fin hotel med mange aktiviteter, samtidig er det indrettet med flere pool område så du kan være hvor det passer dig bedst, med børn eller bare fede den af på en af de lækre solsengen, meget venlige og total styr på Corona og afspritning af alt efter brug.

Basic 3-star resort

I was quite disappointed of the condition of the resort which is seriously outdated. There are a few broken items in my room and furniture is fairly old. Bathroom is small and not so clean. House keeping is inconsistent. Sometimes I received bottled water but not everyday. I was running out of shower gel a few times. The floor was only occassionally mopped. I needed to clean it on my own. The swimming pools are worse than public swimming pools. The only advantage is the location which is very close to the beach, only 3 mins walk. The water park shared with Stella Palace is the biggest selling point. If I could choose again, I would definitely go for the Stella Palace which belongs to the same group, located right next to the Stella Village.

Cannot recommend Stella Village highly enough. Our rooms were a bit noisy on the first night but quickly resolved The staff could not do enough for us. The facilities were amazingly good value especially the water park. Great for kids and parents and well monitored as well (two 11 year olds and they were happy all day long) Food on our all inclusive package was good and as you would expect. The service of wine to the table by the hard working waiting staff is a nice touch. The opportunity for an a la carte dinner on one evening was really lovely and the food and presentation exclellent. Very well done. The shows in the evening were something of a revelation- v professional (especially the acrobats - jaw droppingly good). Reception staff are excellent very helpful and efficient even with our late arrival and a late check out was no problem There is a lot to do roundabout as well with a safe beach area across a relatively quiet road. Overall I think Stella would be very difficult indeed to better.

Really reccomend

Really lovely staff, who helped us patiently to check in because we forgot our passports at another hotel! Food was really good just typical buffet food! The pools were really nice and the service there was also really good, our son stepped on a broken glass in the pool and they came immediately to help him and closed the pool while they cleaned the glass
