"1 of the 2 bedrooms had no sheets on the bed and nowhere to be found. I rented an apartment that stated there was a washer and dryer but there was no washer and dryer in the apartment. I was later told the washer and dryer were shared in the basement...that is after we left. There was active mold in the bathroom and my son is allergic to mold. There was 1 bath towel, no hand towels. I was again later informed that the additional towels were in the basement with the washer and dryer. We rented...

Location was perfect, in the heart of the Old Town and 2 minute walk to the waterfront. The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a friendly smile, no matter how busy they were. We had room service everyday. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide range of food to select. An absolute highlight of our morning. The room was quite small, but enough space for suitcases and backpacks. I would highly recommend this hotel for any couples going to Riva del Garda.

Superb place to stay. The hotel is a short uphill walk from the lakeside, with lovely views of the lake, and easy reach of the many good bars, shops and restaurants. The town itself is quieter than some other places on the lake. The hotel facilities are excellent, staff are friendly and have good English, and it is easy to self cater or breakfast at the bar with panoramic lake views. Highly recommended
