This holiday studio is part of a residential complex located just a few steps from the lakeside promenade of Malcesine, on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. Situated on the first floor, the apartment consists of a living room with a double bed (or two singles), a dining table, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and satellite TV. Outside, you will find a private balcony, ideal for relaxing in the evening. The complex’s shared terrace, furnished with dining tables and deck chairs, overlooks the historic castle of Malcesine and offers a wonderful view of the lake. You can also enjoy a communal pool, perfect for cooling off on warmer afternoons. Thanks to the favorable location, supermarkets, restaurants, and shops in the city center are about 250 meters away and easily reachable on foot within a few minutes. Several small beaches, such as the pebble/grass Lido Paina beach, are located along the lakeside, about 500 meters from the property.

Super zentrale Lage
Pros: Wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Sitzmöbeln ausgestattet - traumhafter Blick auf Malcesine und den See.
Fußläufig alles notwendige zu erreichen ( Bäckerei - kleiner Supermarkt), Altstadt mit der Burg und Seepromenade, Bergbahn zum Monte Baldo, zahlreiche Restaurants und Boutique liegen vor der Unterkunft nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Haustür.
Cons: Etwas hellhörige Bauweise,in der Nebensaison war es noch alles in Rahmen.
