Just a few minutes walk from the centre of Malcesine and Lake Garda, and a few metres from the Monte Baldo cable car station, you will have the opportunity to stay in a newly built detached villa, with five hundred metres of garden with barbecue, parking with (slow) charging station for electric cars and private entrance at your disposal.
The villa, sixty square meters, has two bedrooms and a living room kitchen, as well as a panoramic terrace of 35 square meters with outdoor Jacuzzi.
Tranquillity and privacy just a few metres from the centre: an opportunity not to be missed! In an intimate and modern environment you will feel at home, with everything you need to fully enjoy your holiday in Malcesine.
There is an outdoor whirlpool in the facility that is available free of charge from April to October and upon request with extra charge from November to March.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Der Vermieter stand uns immer bei.
Pros: Zentrale Lage. Größe der Wohnung, sowie der Whirlpool.

Sehr schönes Haus, zentrale Lage
Pros: Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Der Whirlpool auf der großen Terrasse war ein Highlight. Der Gastgeber Stefano war sehr nett und freundlich. Er war immer erreichbar und ansprechbar, wenn man Fragen hatte.

Modernes Haus mit tollem Ausblick und sehr nettem Vermieter.
Pros: Überdachte kleine Terrasse im Erdgeschoss. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen eigenen Zugang zu dieser Terrasse. Große Dachterasse mit Whirlpool und Liegen. Das Haus hat eine Klimaanlage und eine Waschmaschine. Es ist alles da was man braucht, sogar Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Rundum super.
