"A lovely spacious home. Warwick Villa is ideally situated near a park, the beach and a short walk to Deal making the whole weekend a wonderful experience for all the family, both young and old, and the dogs. All the rooms are tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean. Lovely bed linen and towels, and a perfect kitchen/diner for busy mealtimes. The pretty, enclosed garden was safe for both children and dogs.The staff at Keepers Cottages were very friendly and helpful.A delightful time was had by all. Thank you."

"The house is lovely but I did feel it is not entirely comfortable for 8 people. It has a very small kitchen and the bedroom downstairs is small with a big door leading to the road that has no curtain or blind across it and so there is a light that shines in all night and a lack of privacy. Other than that the bedrooms upstairs were all lovely and the house was clean and comfortable. When we arrived the house was freezing and there was no hot water so this being on would have been appreciated."

"We (a group of 11 girls) stayed at Stone Hall for a weekend of laughter and relaxation and boy did we achieve this! Stone Hall is a stunningly beautiful home, everything you could wish for with regards to cleanliness, equipped to the hilt, so much space to enjoy and a beautiful place to relax in. The pool table was a brilliant addition. Shame the weather didn’t allow us to play tennis but there was plenty of equipment had we been able to. The smallest of niggles was the fact that not all windows opened, especially the bathroom ones which is very unusual. We had a wonderful, relaxing time & will definitely return. There really is nothing not to like!"

"A very cosy house well located for the town/sea front. Well equipped and clean. The house was very warm (winter let). A very large master bedroom and the shower worked well.Parking could be an issue but we managed to get a slot and didn't use the car again during our stay."

"Glen House is a great place to stay. It is full of character with large spacious rooms and there was room for all of us, 10adults, 6 children and 2 babies. The main house is grand and both the Annexe and flat are very comfortable. The gardens are a delight, the children absolutely loved the large lawn and the gravel pathways at the bottom. A place to return to as we had only a brief weekend. Thank you Keepers Cottage for your efficiency, from booking to our stay was seamless and everyone so pleasant."

"We made a very last minute decision to take a weeks holiday. There was a storm forecast but Kent looked to be avoiding the worst of it so we decided to head for somewhere along the coast, waiting for the very last forecast before making our final decision. After a quick internet search we found Tides Reach and thought it would suit our needs. We weren’t wrong ! I phoned Keeper Cottages on the Thursday to make a booking for the next day, this was a requirement as you cannot book at such short notice online. The booking was seamless and everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and helpful. They even emailed me with a local weather update so we could be prepared. The cottage itself was in a great location, very quiet but with in easy reach of the town which has plenty of choice for eating and drinking, and for public transport links to other areas. There was no issue with the on road parking. Tides Read has basically everything you require for your break, and is comfortable and clean. Deal and the surrounding area has so much to offer. We had been to the area before so we had already visited the castles of Deal, Walmer and Dover. This time was mainly walking along the coast and on various trails. We got the train to Dover and walked the coastal path back, taking in the Fan Bay Deep Shelter. Very interesting. We also walked Sandwich coastal path to Ramsgate ( the tunnels tour there is also to be recommended , done on our previous visit). We returned to Sandwich to do a self guided history walk. We will certainly return to Kent in the future and would have no hesitation in booking Tides Reach."
