"Rose Cottage is in an excellent location and truly felt like a ‘home from home’. It was immaculately clean throughout and the owner had clearly thought of everything. The welcome pack was the best I have ever received - and I go away on mini breaks a lot! My only regret is not having longer there to make the most out of all the facilities and little extras provided as we were there for The Open so were out most of the time. "Does the job really! If you need a quick night's stay before getting the ferry or tunnel then it's ideal, however be aware that some rooms have no windows and the place is a *little* rundown. Main receptionist was really nice and very helpful - I would stay again but only for short stays."

"I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....

"Excellent location right by the beach with parking a couple minutes away.
Had a great stay at Natalie's lovely apartment which was very clean and had everything we needed. Really comfy bed too! Natalie was super lovely and helpful too. Thank you for having us, we will definitely be back 😀 x"
"We had a very happy stay at The Warren, a Georgian property beautifully modernised but still retaining charm and character. We were a party of 3 generations and having bedrooms on each of the 3 floors gave a good degree of private time. We had the lower ground floor bedroom which was beautifully cool in the scorching weather. There is everything you could possibly need at the property and it is all in very good order. The free off street parking is several minutes’ walk away but we visited in peak season and both of our cars found a spot every day - and dropping off luggage etc was straightforward. A very reassuring aspect of our visit was the excellent communication and kindness of Pen and Neil. "

The cottage is immaculately clean and has everything you could wish for for a short and longer stay. The cottage is very spacious and also peaceful and quiet so you can enjoy a truly relaxing time away. Great location to explore the coastline or Kent in land.
