"Rose Cottage is in an excellent location and truly felt like a ‘home from home’. It was immaculately clean throughout and the owner had clearly thought of everything. The welcome pack was the best I have ever received - and I go away on mini breaks a lot! My only regret is not having longer there to make the most out of all the facilities and little extras provided as we were there for The Open so were out most of the time. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful place to stay and I would highly...

"We had a very happy stay at The Warren, a Georgian property beautifully modernised but still retaining charm and character. We were a party of 3 generations and having bedrooms on each of the 3 floors gave a good degree of private time. We had the lower ground floor bedroom which was beautifully cool in the scorching weather. There is everything you could possibly need at the property and it is all in very good order. The free off street parking is several minutes’ walk away but we visited in peak season and both of our cars found a spot every day - and dropping off luggage etc was straightforward. A very reassuring aspect of our visit was the excellent communication and kindness of Pen and Neil. "
"Brilliant stay in a fantastic cottage. Very kind and communicative owners, who were very generous in their welcome gesture towards me. The cottage is immaculately clean and has everything you could wish for for a short and longer stay. The cottage is very spacious and also peaceful and quiet so you can enjoy a truly relaxing time away. Great location to explore the coastline or Kent in land. I would love to come back in future to have the same experience again. Thanks for everything. "
"very convenient location with market and shops in one direction and seafront and eateries in the other, all within walking distance. the apartment was one of the best maintained and cleanest we have ever stayed in. would definately do it again"
