The location was beyond amazing, 10 minutes to the Las Ventas Stadium, it was lovely. The staff was lovely too, I recalled when I enquired about laundry, they provided me with laundry pods without even asking for free. When we have concerned over speaking spanish over a delivery package, they helped us too. Thank you HA Apartahotel Quo Erosa. The room was incredle, had a little kitchen attached to it. Thank you - we love our stay there.

Location is very good. However rooms are too small, specially bathroom was impossible. And furniture is too basic, for example it could benefit greatly from having towel hangers in the bathroom!! Have stayed before in the area and next time will stay in a hotel in the area that for the same price offers higher standard of accomodation. If you're not going it to use the (very small) fridge and microwave oven it doesn't make sense to stay here

DEPOSIT SCAM
They ask for deposit on check in, which we didn’t mind paying. However to get the deposit back it’s been a struggle, I have been calling and calling, everyday it’s a story. We still waiting for our deposit 1 week after check out. The CLEANING STAFF WERE AMAZING. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, THEY A SCAM

Una Pena pero no se puede volver.
Ha sido una pena.. La habitación era fabulosa, pero el cuarto de baño es un despropósito. El que lo ha diseñado es un sádico. Retrete encajonado de forma que solo puedes sentarte en él con las rodillas juntas; la ducha también pensada con los pies; el grifo de la ducha en la parte cerrada de la mampara y la ducha en si en la parte que se abre. No hay nada para colgar o sostener jabones, geles y otras cosas. Una verdadera Pena

sejour de noel
bon séjour hotel bien placé a côté d une station de métro avec de bonne possibilité de restauration a proximité. chambre un peu resté dans son jus mais spacieuse cela fait le job personnel sympa et disponible.

Apartamento más pequeño de lo q aparece en foto, casi no cambiamos 3 muy justo para todo. Y cada vez q duchaba alguien pues el desagüe q pasaba por encima y por la pared nos despertaba constantemente así q muchas personas duchándose muchas veces q nos despertamos.
