5/5 Excellent
"Friendly and very helpful staff especially from the porter man, cleaning ladies, pool man, breakfast staff and bar staff, we are very grateful and delighted with their hospitality they made us feel very welcome and at home.
Incredible location we loved the private access to the beach from the tunnel, we were lucky and had an amazing view of the garden and ocean, they provide fresh towels twice a day, great bathroom amenities, pool, bar with amazing cocktails and bar staff, the breakfast buffet is incredible,.great selection of food and service, it was very good value for money and the people are so lovely.
We noticed a lot of tourists from the streets popped their heads in to look and they were impressed with the view, I think the beautiful and luscious gardens with lots of flowers draw them in a d the hotel a d staff are very well presented. We were just fortunate to be staying there. I highly recommend staying here.

"The staff was incredibly kind and made our stay relaxing. Free valet parking made having the rental car easy! Free breakfast was a nice option. Very short walk into Vico for shopping and restaurants. Pool area and bar were great! Amazing views!! We didn’t take advantage of the shuttle to the sea club. "

"We had the villa, likely the best offerring on the property. Absolutely loved the staff, free shuttle to Central Sorrento and great assiatance via WhatsApp. "
"The Hotel was VERY nice, just as represented in their photos. They have a very large and accommodating ‘western’ style breakfast buffet with lots of options. The pool Bar had nightly live entertainment until 11:00-11:30 pm. Staff was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!"
"I normally don’t leave reviews, but wanted to on this property after reading the previous reviews prior to our stay that had me feeling uneasy. For the price in Positano, you absolutely can’t beat it. It’s convenient for walking to city center, around 400 steps one way. The breakfast spread each morning filled the entire wall, so much to choose from. The staff was extremely accommodating, held our luggage, called our taxi, and allowed us to check in early since our room was available after a long day of travel. Most properties in this town have steps one way or another, but it’s a lot quicker to walk vs getting transportation each day due to the layout of the city. Our room had an amazing view of the city and ocean, would absolutely stay here again! "

"The rooms were spacious and the views were amazing. Food and drinks were delicious! Wear proper shoes for the vertical city, lots and lots of steep steps."
