"Felt very unsafe at hotel. Had to go thru added security to get into hotel. First impression, not good. Got put in room that did NOT look like pictures on website. Shower so small, back door did not lock securely, was very nervous to close ryes. Was on first level. "

"Extremely worn down and not worth the money. The air conditioning didn’t work, and there was no pool access as it was closed. Very outdated overall - location ok — I will never come back."

"The hotel is ok - nice palazzo - and staff nice, but the surrounding area is very dirty. It also includes streets with prostitutes, and feels somewhat unsafe. We had to switch rooms upon our arrival as the first room we were given looked quite bad- it clearly had not been renovated for numerous years."

"This hotel was bright, clean, and refreshing! We enjoyed the large suite on the 7th floor which was quite roomy and comfortable. The view out the large window area was awesome, as it was of Mt. Vesuvius … such a great place to snap some amazing photos. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the central Train Station, the Bus Terminal, and pick-up spots for our chosen tours. We only had breakfast there on three occasions, but the food and drink items were plentiful and very good."
