"We loved the location, the view is amazing. Pool was a great place to visit with other folks. A nice place to eat breakfast. Loved watching the dolphins in the morning. The only thing that could be better is having more dishes, silverware and different sizes of bowls with lids. We cooked most of our meals but had to use baggies for leftovers. They have shampoo, conditioner and body soap which is great and hairdryer ! With being on the beach or in the pool it would be nice to have body lotion. Maybe salt and pepper for rooms. For us we didn’t have a car so went with intact to get groceries and have them delivered which was great. Overall we had a great time. The beds were comfortable the space was nice."

"We had mixed experiences. On one hand, the place was exceptionally clean, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable visit. But the top floor had a severe roach problem that caused total havoc, forcing our group to avoid sleeping up there entirely. We called and maintenance was very responsive. Sadly, we found out this isn't the first time this property has been flagged for roaches. It’s disappointing that management hasn't permanently fixed a known, ongoing issue. It really was a great place otherwise, and we would absolutely love to go back if they permanently resolve the pest problem which I believe is from the astroturf on the top floor.""

"The location was great due to the proximity to the beach. The view was okay from the Villa. The Villa is very rustic and has a lot of personality. Everything worked well except for the recliners. Don't recline in the living room and one of the light bulbs is out in the kitchen. Other than that everything in the house was okay and worked well. The bed I slept in was comfortable. Outside was not well maintained. The weeds were long and we had to pull them to be able to use the spigot for our feet, the shower outdoors or the jet pool. Most of the beach chairs were in poor condition except for one. The thing they have to haul everything to the beach has a flat tire on it so that was not usable.As long as you don't expect perfect and you like to be close to the beach, this place is for you. The owner is on the property but they seem to keep to themselves. Seemed to be nice people."
