  • Get the feel for Florida living in this fishing village apartment. Cozy living in this perfectly located 1 bedroom, 1 bath space. Behind Johns Pass with endless adventures waiting for you. Endless shops, restaurants and water sports! The apartment itself has an old Florida feel to it with a large shared back yard that overlooks the "mini marina" filled with fishing boats and wild life. Don't be surprised to see dolphin🐬 come by right off the docks! 5-7 minwalk to watch the intense beach sunset!

We have wonderful neighbors, so noise should be kept at a reasonable volume after 10pm and before 8am.
