We have wonderful neighbors, so noise should be kept at a reasonable volume after 10pm and before 8am.
For insurance reasons, all overnight guests must be on the booking. - The doors and windows should be locked any time you go out.
There is absolutely no smoking of any kind permitted inside the building. Smoking inside will result in a $200 charge, per day of your booking.
