Considering it was off the busy road it was super quiet, couldn’t here a car drive past. The bed was super comfortable and soft. The showers water pressure was amazing. We will definitely be coming back in the future

Perfect getaway. Staff were exceptionally accommodating and welcoming from booking to leaving. Quiet location, comfy beds, access to fantastic kitchen and breakfast included, hot and roomy showers. Loved the location and so much to explore and enjoy.

My mother and I were cold. With in a minute a beautiful heater arrived. Very good service. Great owner , stayed here 3 times and would stay again and again

There’s nothing not to like, a perfect place for our family, 2 adults,2kids (bunk bed) and 🐶, but it was the weather that was unkind to us. Nothing to do in the rain.

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious enough for husband and I and our kelpi cross. Had jug, coffee/tea supplies and microwave which was great heating up food. Continental breakfast included in price setup in communal dining area if we wanted but didn’t need it. On site, a large fire pit/grass area where our dog could wonder/explore, midnite ‘pee’ breaks on leash/rope, great local walks/hike for us and dog. Spacious onsite parking. Woodend was 10mins from hotel which had Coles and lots of ‘pet-friendly’ restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay. highly recommended this hotel.

Couldn't stay the 2 nights we had booked - no power in Macedon due to major storm damage through out Victoria. Staff were friendly, apologised & explained the situation-it was out of their control Getting our money back was impossible !!! Will not to use these booking sites again.

Nice quiet spot, no fuss, hassle free. If you like being away from the maddening crowd, thisi is it. If you want close facilities shops and cafes, not so. But for a quiet break with a short drive to a nice quaint town stop - ideal.

Thank you Karen for letting us know. The card with password for the main wifi in the public area was left in that room . The password for the wifi for that room is displayed on the noticeboard in the area where we gave you a complimentary breakfast. Thanks for the great review.

The only comment I have is that the heater didn't work very well. But as I didn't spend much time in the room it was ok.

Good motel type accomodation
Nice stop for one night. Hotel was quiet so they upgraded our room for free which was good. Clean, comfortable, plenty of parking. Nice DIY. breakfast. Only negative on a cold evening the heater struggled to fully warm the room.

Fairly standard Aussie travellers motel.
We were moving house and needed a place to stay for a few days. It was clean and comfortable but room was small.

Thanks for your feedback. I am very pleased everything worked. Our standard queen room area is approxamately 30square metres plus a seperate ensuite of approxamately 9 square metres. We work hard on our garden setting and we think its paradise. Sorry you could not see what we see. If you were one night later the warm mist came in . An event that brings that mystical feel to the gardens at night.
