"The photos make this place look a lot nicer than it actually is. The "superior" room had 2 chairs and a table with a view of dirt and overgrown grass. The wardrobe barely opened, the shower and toilet were like gym cubicles, the carpet probably needed replacing 10 years ago. "家族4人で2週間利用しました。キッチン、食洗機、洗濯機や乾燥機、そして洗剤まで必要な物は全て揃っています。またすぐ下にWoolworthsがあるので買い物も便利でした。歩いて数分の場所には湖があり、湖の周りを一周散歩する事も出来るし、近くの公園では無料のBBQ台で焼肉を楽しんだり、テニスをする事も出来ます。素晴らしいロケーションでした。またハウスキーパーの方が残していた食器まで洗ってくれていてサービスの高さに驚きました。モーソンレイクスホテルを選んで大正解でした。また泊まりたいホテルです。"

"Great location. Very clean. We were in the two bedroom apartment and it was very well appointed. It was a little noisy. More because of thin walls than any kind of commotion. Unfortunately the on site restaurant was closed during our stay. Would stay again. "

"Very nice and well maintained holiday park. Rooms were clean and fresh like a hotel. Spacious and had everything we needed. Would probably just recommend a pot upgrade and a couple more bowls but that’s being a bit more picky. Had 2 car spaces but our cars were too big to fit both of them in (SUV & Ute) but we spoke to management and they organised an alternative which was very helpful. Used the laundry and that was easy and cleaned my clothes well. Pool looked great and playground too but was too cold and wet for us to use. Felt very safe to walk around and people were very respectful so wasn’t noisy. "

"No communication from property re road closures, no signs for where to check in. Room was smalll as expected, but the bathroom had a horrible smell to it. Tiles were cracked and coming off wall. There was mould on the glass shower screen and along the bottom of the tiles. Room had no blockout blinds and the bed sagged in the middle. We left the 2nd night of our booking and paid for to stay elsewhere. Extremely disappointed and wouldnt recommended to others"

"Nice new building, however there is a weird smell in the room. Smell like rotten eggs but definitely not natural gas. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. No free on site parking but can park for free at the park and ride 200 metres away. "

"Nice renovations were done for this motel staff were very friendly and loved how we could get early check in! Nice location and definitely will be back again as ideal close to Ministry of Beer"
