"Its a cosy old pub with rooms, clean, comfy bed and a good brekkie. Right in the town, can walk to Clarks Village. Some parts are a little bit passed their best but the pub/hospitality trade is a very hard market and totally understandable. Staff lovely and would definitely stay again. "

"It was a very nice stay with an excellent couple. Warm welcomed. A very nice big dog was also present to welcome. I had to say hello to the dog as he was so friendly. Very cooperative host. Family environment. Residence is upstairs like three rooms and bathroom outside the rooms. Mostly quiet. Nice and clean and a proper communication with the host throughout my stay. I was invited warmly to have breakfast but had no time. Will miss this stay."

"We had a lovely one night stay in August, booked for a Balloon ride locally. The annexe is attached to the owners house but perfectly private. Set in a small courtyard and garden, the walk up the wooden staircase leads to a secret and very private BBQ and wooded area with fabulous views by day and magical, twinkling fairy lights at night.
