"We booked a ground floor room as my wife has mobility issues and Chloe called me to say all was organised but when we booked in on the Saturday afternoon was told no ground rooms were available so my wife had to struggle up and down stairs all weekend. We were told when we checked in it was bad luck for us. Staff not very helpful or friendly so we decided not to get meals at the hotel "
