"We're very happy with our precious room and early check-in and Ms. Nadia made our check-in smoothly and quickly. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. On our first time she went above and beyond to make sure that we're comfortable. On our second time staying with them she made us feel so special with the executive suite room upgrade. "This is one of the nicest places i've stayed in the UK! The staff were so helpful, small car park but we managed to get in!They also let us choose which too we wanted!"

"Very convenient for places we wanted to visit. No need to use the car. Car parking charges were very reasonable. There was a lack of information and signage regarding the location of the swimming pool which was eventually found in the attached gym."
