"That was the worst place that I’ve ever stayed. They charged too much for the rooms that were not even nice. You have no water access. You also have to pay for your stuff like your kayaks and stuff. If you bring your own, they do not accommodate you at all and I will not be staying there ever again. The floor was buckled the toilet when it flush it ran all night. The door didn’t lock. They didn’t tell us that you had to use your key to walk it again. The place was not clean outside was a mess. I will never be staying there ever again. It was the worst experience in my life. I didn’t even stay the second night. I lost our on $200. "

"Super clean and comfy rooms updated and looks great. Great staff easy to communicate with. We had a lake view room and it was spacious with a great view. The grounds are well kept and had lots a great activities for my little one. Right next to boat launch and had boast parking inside grounds. Pool was clean as well. Definitely will be staying there again"

"The property was beautiful, stayed a night in cottage - 24, it has 2 queen beds a comfortable couch and sitting chair , coffee table and 4 chair and table dinette. The cottage has plenty of room, 2 flat screen tvs, heater and air worked great! Nice grounds to walk around and friendly staff. Close to town for restaurants. Excellent choice for a stay in Clearlake !"

"The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Vic was so nice and made sure I had anything I needed for my overnight. Conviently located next to the Happy Garden restaurant (Chinese/thai fusion) that was great! Also right across from the harbor for easy access to boating."

"As noted in other reviews, this facility is well-located, nicely maintained and clean. Bed was comfortable and everything worked. BUT- I had among the worst check-in experiences ever. Arriving at 9:30p after a long day, the door and night window were locked. I repeatedly called the two posted numbers and rang the night bell, waiting in the cold for over 10 minutes. When the groggy (?) clerk finally arrived, he was apparently unable to login to the reservation system to check me in. He finally gave up, and said he’d give me a room key, and the transaction would be taken care of in the morning. Of course, the room key didn’t work, and after a further delay, he was able to get me into a room on the second floor - nearly 30 minutes after I arrived. And unsurprisingly, the office was locked and unattended the next morning. Definitely not recommended."
