Holiday Homes in Lubukpakam

The Anara Sky Medan is conveniently located for a stopover between flights.

Very comfortable, very clean. The staff were friendly and the airport pick up and drop off is very convenient.

Medan has very few redeeming features, being just the gateway to Sumatra's wilderness attactions, but if you have to stop there then Deli River Hotel is an oasis in a hell-hole! It's a hotel you really need to spend several days/nights in to get the most out of it. From check in to departure it was great. Meals were great .

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel as it had a wide range of breakfast options, and various facilities such as pool, saunas and gym.

Great customer service, friendly staff, clean room and hotel, perfect location.

The pool was great and the hotel staff were excellent. They were so helpful in every area. The rooms are comfortable and the bed was really good.

The room was small, but had a comfortable bed, tea making facilities, TV with English movies. The bathroom was clean with a great rain shower with good jot water.the only issue was that on the second day our air conditioner didn't work properly, which made the room uncomfortable. Staff were very courteous and always smiling. Clean rooms. However the gym needs maintenance and was rather run down. Needs attention.

Property was very good. There was nothing I did not like!!!

Very good customer services, very clean, very polite staffs.

Great property, nice pool, big room and very modern. Fast wifi. Only downside with our stay, noise from night club above, first night was bad, second night was better. Also breakfast a bit average. Overall 8/10.

Not bad the receptionist specially men could improve how to make customers happy .eg- better smile
