"A great wee property. Close to the beach and has everything you need. Really friendly staff. New World supermarket across the road so that is very handy."

"The heated floor in the bathroom and the water pressure in the shower were amazing. Had a balcony with an amazing view and had chairs no table so couldn’t have breakfast out there. Room service was great except they don’t collect the dirty dishes if staying one night and if you are not charging it to the room you have to go to the restaurant to pay. Staff were were amazing and overall a great stay."

"We really loved our spontaneous trip to Rotorua. Thanks to Ripple! The room was warm and incredibly clean! Located right in front of the Rotorua luge which makes so easy to go and enjoy the activity early! We also loved the spa and heated pool. My child loved the trampoline and the playground! Great for families with young children!"

"It is a wonderful location ,quiet and peaceful. I have stayed several times and will stay again. I think that the maintenance team need to sort a few issues in Rm 203. The toilet roll holder kept falling apart.The towel rack was also not attached properly, and the bifold shutters between the bedroom and bathroom was falling off. I think the reception staff are great and the general room cleanliness is very good. The setting of the hotel is fabulous."
