Quick and easy check in. Modern hotel with a very large room (king with lake view). Only parking option is valet so be prepared to pay for valet upon arrival. Within easy walking distance to more restaurants than you can visit. Disappointed that there wasn't a pool.
Didn't like that price for breakfast went up if we didn't commit at check in. The price should be the same for guests regardless of when you decide to have it. Overall, a good experience

Drafty rooms, jet tubs don’t work. The rooms are in need of updating and tuning up. The breakfasts were nice. The sulfur smell from the geothermal features was overwhelming

Reception & Conceriege, Perfect! Although still very slow as not enough staff ratio to guests.
Bar …. Was a joke. One girl on, she completely ignored us as was under pressure to serve, clean etc but her attitude sucked.
Instead of just acknowledging us and saying hey sorry guys I’ll be right with you soon as I can… she simply pretended we were not there and chose to ignore, be very rude and after 4 attempts to try and relax at the bar I gave up! This alone has made me unwilling to bother staying at the millennium again. Very sad as it was always our favourite go too.

"The heated floor in the bathroom and the water pressure in the shower were amazing. Had a balcony with an amazing view and had chairs no table so couldn’t have breakfast out there. Room service was great except they don’t collect the dirty dishes if staying one night and if you are not charging it ..."
